How do we get you from first call to a full software solution?
A client-driven approach. We ask targeted questions, suggest the right technologies, and keep the decision-making power exactly where it belongs — with you.
-
Initial Consultation
“What do you need? How do you want your business to transform?”
A free, no-obligation conversation about your business — your objectives, your goals and the challenges in the way. We work out together whether software can genuinely help, and roughly what it would take.
- Understand your business objectives and current challenges
- Identify where software can make a measurable difference
- Honest advice on scope, budget and timescales — including when not to build
-
Discovery
“Let’s get the creative juices flowing!”
A structured discovery phase where we map your processes, the people involved and the features that matter. It culminates in UX designs and wireframes — so you see the product before we build it.
- Product architecture, processes and key features defined
- Wireframes and UX designs you can react to and refine
- A clear roadmap with priorities, phases and costs
-
Product Backlog
“This is our time to shine.”
Everything you want the product to do is compiled into a master development list — the backlog. It becomes the single, transparent source of truth for what is being built and in what order.
- Every feature and process captured and prioritised
- Full transparency — you see the same list we work from
- Decision-making power stays with you throughout
-
Sprint Schedule
“Let’s get to building!”
We follow an Agile development strategy: short sprints, working software early, and phased launches that let real users feed back before full release. Weekly check-ins keep you in the loop the whole way.
- Agile sprints with regular, visible progress
- Phased launches — value lands early, feedback shapes what follows
- Weekly check-ins and transparent progress updates
-
Launch & Maintenance
“Your product is live — now it’s time for refinement.”
Your product launches on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure that we provision, host and monitor. From there we refine: flexible maintenance plans, performance monitoring and continued development as your business grows.
- Hosted, monitored and maintained on Microsoft Azure
- Flexible maintenance plans — bug fixes, enhancements, monitoring
- Long-term partnership: most clients keep building with us
No surprises, at any stage
You see wireframes before we build, working software within weeks rather than months, and a transparent backlog showing exactly what is being worked on. Phased launches mean real users give feedback before full release — so the product that ships is the product your business actually needs.
And launch isn't the end. Your software runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure that we provision, host and monitor, with flexible maintenance plans and a team that already knows your system inside out.
Process questions, answered
The things clients usually ask before we start.
How long does it take to develop custom software?
Small applications typically take 4–12 weeks, while larger platforms can take 3–12 months. We confirm a realistic timeline after the discovery phase, and our phased launch approach means you see working software well before the full release.
Do you help define the requirements, or do I need a full specification?
You don’t need a specification — most of our clients arrive with a problem, not a document. We run a structured discovery and planning phase to clarify requirements, define features, create wireframes, and produce a roadmap before development begins.
How do you ensure software quality?
We follow industry best practices including code reviews, static analysis, automated testing and secure coding standards. Quality is built in during development, not inspected in afterwards.
How involved do I need to be during development?
As involved as you want to be — but you stay in control either way. You’ll take part in feature decisions, prototype feedback and milestone approvals, with weekly check-ins and transparent progress updates throughout.
How much deposit do I have to pay?
Typically around 20% on average, though it varies by project size and structure. We agree the full payment schedule up front so there are never surprises.
