Who we are

Hull Software Solutions Ltd ("Codira", "we", "us") operates www.wearecodira.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you contact us through this site, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to understand how visitors use this site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. For limited periods we may also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised page interactions such as scrolling and clicks to show us how pages are used; it does not identify you personally either.

Contact form protection

The contact form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser for that purpose only.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate this site and respond to enquiries (such as our email and hosting providers), under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jordan@wearecodira.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
